I promise I won’t post each review that comes in, but this one really touched me because it gets at some of the concerns I heard early on about the book, namely that my 1st person, flawed narrator, shouldn’t be telling this story, or possibly shouldn’t be in the book at all. I was of course very worried about how the book would be perceived once it was “out in the wild.” Each reader will interpret the book through his or her own unique experiences. That means there are going to be reviews that I don’t agree with! But, this one, from indie bookstore, The Story Shop, really dovetailed nicely with my own vision of the book.
